If the pancreatic cancer has a simple liver metastasis. We can use nano-knife, seed implantation, microwave ablation, and cryotherapy to treat it. After these treatments, his pain should be relieved or at least reduced. For radiotherapy and chemotherapy, we don't recommend him to use them due to their poor effects for pancreatic cancer. So I suggest he use minimally invasive treatment combined with immunotherapy.
