It depends on her condition. The first thing to look at is the size of the endometrial cancer tumor. The second is whether the cancer has metastasized. We have an endometrial cancer patient here from Malaysia. She has a very large endometrial tumor. It's 16 centimeters. And she has liver metastases.
First, we can give her interventional embolization, perfusion and local chemo perfusion treatments. And the third is cryotherapy. For the metastasis in the liver, we use seed implantation. So, she asked about the best treatment for endometrial cancer and the most effective way. It mainly depends on the size of her endometrial tumor and whether she has metastasis before formulating a plan. I've just mentioned a few options that she can use as a reference.
So far, after one course of treatment for this patient, the tumor has shrunk significantly according to the ultrasound result.
